My Story… (If I can do it, so can you!)

I’ve been exactly where you might be right now.
Fatigue that no amount of sleep could fix.
Adrenal exhaustion.
Brain fog so thick it felt like my personality had gone missing.
Anxiety, irritability, insomnia — and a growing fear about where my health was heading in my 40s.

I didn’t want another bandaid solution.
I wanted answers.
I wanted to feel like myself again.
I wanted a future that felt vibrant, energetic, clear and strong — not one where I was simply “managing symptoms.”

So, I got curious.
I researched, read everything I could, experimented with my own nutrition, rebuilt my gut health, and slowly embraced the lifestyle shifts my midlife body was begging for.


And over time… everything changed.
My energy returned.
My clarity came back.
My moods stabilised.
My sleep deepened.
And I began to feel better than I had in decades — not by chance, but through understanding my body at a deeper, cellular level

That curiosity led me to formal study with The Nutrition Academy and the Peter Edwards Academy, where I became a Nutritional & Natural Health Consultant, Iridologist and Massage Therapist.
