Enhance your gut microbiome diversity - the number and variety of microbes present in your gut
Improve your gut stability - this is our gut microbes ability to resist invasion of non-native bacteria and the proliferation of opportunistic pathogens...the 'baddies'.

Do You Need to Get a Hold of Your Gut?
Try our 8 Week Ultimate Gut Health Program
During this program, we’re working to restore your gut health. However, your gut health cannot be fully repaired if you fail to eliminate one of the biggest toxins from your life—stress. Stress is one of the most prevalent toxins in our modern world and leads to countless health conditions.
Stress also causes adrenal fatigue, one of the most under-diagnosed health issues in Australia and the US today. Adrenal fatigue is actually one of the main by-products of prolonged stress.
Your adrenals are the endocrine organs that sit on top of each of your kidneys. The adrenal cortex is the outer part of the gland that produces hormones that are essential to life, such as cortisol (which helps your body respond to stress). The adrenal medulla is the inner part of the gland that produces nonessential hormones, such as adrenaline (which helps your body react to stress).
When you’re suffering from adrenal fatigue, your adrenals are under a great amount of pressure and do not function properly, which can disrupt the entire functioning of your body.
Some Signs and Symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue
When you’re dealing with a high stress situation, there’s usually a moment of release or relief when you feel the pressure ease.
However, if your body becomes stuck in that high-alert mode or is continuously running on adrenal (sympathetic nervous system – fight or flight), your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) may not have the chance to kick in, bring you down and help to rebalance your hormones.
That’s when adrenal fatigue happens!
This is not a specified medical condition, but rather a real feeling of exhaustion, brain fog and emotional imbalance that occurs when you just don’t seem to get the chance to experience that relief.
Your stress hormones are working at their highest level and are continually being released when in this state. The adrenal gland simply doesn’t have a chance to recover and you quickly become fatigued.
