Most vitamin C supplements are just ascorbic acid, often made in a lab from corn starch or even mold cultures. That’s only one fragment of the full vitamin C complex. Whole-food sources like camu camu deliver the entire package: vitamin C plus bioflavonoids, trace minerals and enzymes that help your body actually use it.
